Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Restricted Areas
- ZEALOT delivers to most countries worldwide. However, orders to certain regions may be canceled and refunded due to:

- Undeliverable locations (e.g., remote islands with underdeveloped logistics).
- Countries/regions affected by war.
- High import tariffs (orders to these areas require additional tariff payments).
- PO BOX and parcel locker addresses (high risk of lost shipments, orders to these addresses are at the buyer’s risk).
Details of free shipping
- Products from the warehouses in the United States and Australia have free shipping, but only to addresses within the same country; cross-border shipping is not available.
- U.S. exclusions: Military restricted zones, PO BOXes.
- Australia exclusions: Postal codes 2898, 2899, 4875, 6798, and 6799.
- Orders from EU countries will be shipped from our warehouse in France. Since the UK has already left the EU, orders from that country will be shipped from China.
- Each order from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Norway, Ukraine, Bosnia, and Serbia requires an additional customs fee of 35 euros.
- Items not stocked overseas ship from China; some may incur shipping fees.
Shipping Locations & Delivery Time
- For faster delivery, orders are fulfilled from the nearest local warehouse (U.S., Australia, or EU), with an estimated delivery time of 1–7 business days.
- Most orders from local warehouse will be delivered within 1-7 business days after processing.
Shipping Carriers
- We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- You may cancel your order and place a new one within 1 hour of purchase to modify shipping address or contact information.
- Cancellations made after 1 hour may be subject to shipping fees or order processing charges.
- Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made to shipping details.
- Please verify all information carefully before submitting your order. ZEALOT is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. No refunds or reshipments will be provided in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us within 14 days of delivery confirmation. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
- ZEALOT is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
- For PO BOX and Parcel Locker addresses, since the parcels are not signed for in person, delays in pickup may result in returns or lost packages. Consumers will be responsible for any subsequent issues arising from the use of such addresses.
Multiple Items Orders
- For orders containing multiple items, we will make every effort to consolidate them into a single shipment. However, if the combined package exceeds standard size/ weight limits, we may split the shipment into multiple packages at our discretion.
