1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

  • Unused/undamaged goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for full refund (bulk orders subject to manual review)

  • Refunds processed only after:

    • Returned items received & inspected at ZEALOT warehouse

    • Original packaging & all accessories included (missing items will incur deductions)

  • For multi-item promotional purchases:

    • All items must be returned, otherwise non-returned items will be charged at original price

  • Non-defective returns:

    • Order processing & shipping fees will be deducted

  • Not eligible:

    • Products not purchased from ZEALOT.LTD

    • Requests made >30 days after delivery (except quality issues)

2. How to Return

Contact customer service with:
① Order number
② Tracking number
③ Photos showing product condition
④ Reason for return

  • Approved returns will receive warehouse address

  • Refund processed via original payment method within 2-5 business days after inspection

3. Warranty Coverage

  • Covered by warranty (duration per product page, default 90 days if unspecified):

    • Bluetooth connectivity issues

    • Audio playback failure

    • Charging problems

    • TF card/USB reading failures

  • Solutions:

    • Replacement (warranty period resets)

    • Partial refund (voids warranty)

  • Limited to purchase country

  • Void if:

    • Damage is user-induced

    • Wrong/non-ZEALOT items returned

4. Customer-Paid Shipping When:

✖ No proof of purchase

✖ Non-quality issues
✖ Expired warranty
✖ Contaminated items
✖ External/accidental damage
✖ Misuse (drops, water, extreme temps, etc.)
✖ Items outside purchase country
✖ Lost/stolen items
✖ Free products
✖ Third-party repaired items

    • Data loss

    • Wrong items sent to warehouse (will be discarded)

    • Shipping damage/loss during customer returns
