④ Reason for return
Approved returns will receive warehouse address
Refund processed via original payment method within 2-5 business days after inspection

Audio playback failure
Charging problems
TF card/USB reading failures
Solutions:
Replacement (warranty period resets)
Partial refund (voids warranty)
Limited to purchase country
Void if:
Damage is user-induced
Wrong/non-ZEALOT items returned
4. Customer-Paid Shipping When:

✖ No proof of purchase

✖ Non-quality issues
✖ Expired warranty
✖ Contaminated items
✖ External/accidental damage
✖ Misuse (drops, water, extreme temps, etc.)
✖ Items outside purchase country
✖ Lost/stolen items
✖ Free products
✖ Third-party repaired items

Data loss

Shipping damage/loss during customer returns
